About

A day-use bathhouse in Mihori-cho, Akishima, 20 minutes on foot from Akishima Station (JR Ome Line) or 15 minutes from Haijima Station (JR Ome, Chuo, and Hachiko Lines; Seibu Haijima Line). The alkaline simple hot spring from the "Akishima Onsen Yuraku no Sato" source is served in an open-air bath area with a source-fed rock bath (Iwaburo Ue no Yu), a recirculated rock bath (Iwaburo Shita no Yu), a jar bath, a reclining floor bath, and a lying bath, alongside indoor baths such as a high-concentration (1000ppm) carbonated bath, a mineral-stone bath, an electric bath, a cold bath, and jet baths. Three sauna rooms are available: a tower sauna, a steam sauna with rock salt (men's bath), and a salt sauna (women's bath). The stone-sauna bath "Rakujudo," using four kinds of heated mineral stones (Yakuhogyokuseki, Hanatamaishi, Tono-no-Meiseki, and Black Germa) with a healing-video room, is also offered. The building houses a restaurant, "Gochisou-ya," known for fresh ramen noodles, relaxation services including body care, akasuri (body scrub) esthetic, and a hair salon, a comic corner with about 1,700 comics and magazines, and a kids' corner. Regular hours are 9:00 to 1:00 the next day (last entry 0:30). Guests with tattoos, including tattoo stickers, and intoxicated guests are not admitted.
