A gym, sauna, and coworking complex on the 25th-26th floors of the Taisei Otemachi Building, directly connected to Otemachi Station's Exit B2a and a 3-minute underground walk from Tokyo Station (grand-opened February 1, 2026). The 26th-floor "PARADISE SPA" (men only) offers a sauna, cold-water bath, jacuzzi, outdoor rest area, and relaxation space, while the 25th floor houses the gym and a drop-in coworking desk. The SPA bathing area operates 9:00-22:00; admission is ¥2,178 for the standard course (up to 1 hour) or ¥3,278 for the extended course (up to 3 hours), with a discounted ¥1,408 weekday-morning rate from 7:00-10:00. Guests under 18 are not admitted to any area, and the facility asks guests with tattoos to refrain from use for safety-management reasons.

Admission is the same every day: the standard course (up to 1 hour) is ¥2,178, the extended course (up to 3 hours) is ¥3,278, and each additional hour costs ¥1,100 (guests are automatically switched to the extended course if they stay past 1 hour). A discounted weekday-only morning rate of ¥1,408 applies from 7:00-10:00 (last admission 9:00; guests are switched to the standard course if they stay past 1 hour). Optional paid treatments under "PARADISE BODYCARE" are also available: a 15-minute Quick Release (¥2,178 members / ¥2,728 visitors) and a 20-minute After Release (¥2,750 members / ¥3,300 visitors).
