About
A public bathing facility using waste heat from "Clean Port," the garbage incineration plant run by the Ryusenen Association, a joint body of Kiyose, Higashikurume, and Nishitokyo cities. It sits inside "Ryusenen Grand Park" and is managed by Owens Co., Ltd. under the designated-manager system. Two bathing areas (one with an open-air bath, the other with a mist sauna) alternate between men and women; both include a flat bath, a reclining bath, and a dry sauna. It's about a 12-32 minute Seibu Bus ride (bound for "Kurume Nishi-danchi") from stations including Higashi-Kurume, followed by a 6-minute walk, or a direct Ginga Tetsudo bus stop from Higashi-Murayama Station. Visitors with tattoos are not admitted. The facility closes for about two weeks every October for scheduled maintenance of the Clean Port incinerator.

Adults (high school age and up): ¥550 (a book of 11 tickets costs ¥5,500). Children (age 3 through junior high school): ¥200 (a book of 11 tickets costs ¥2,000). Visitors with a disability pay ¥270 (adult) / ¥100 (child), and one same-sex caregiver is also admitted for ¥270. Same-day users of the sports facilities (baseball ground, tennis courts, indoor pool, training room) may bathe on a 1-hour ticket (¥200 adult / ¥100 child). Shampoo, conditioner, body soap, and hair dryers are provided, but towels are not; bring your own.

If the regular closing day (Thursday) falls on a public holiday, the facility closes the following day instead. Also closed for the New Year holidays (Dec 29 - Jan 3). Every October the facility temporarily closes for about two weeks for scheduled maintenance of the Clean Port waste incineration plant that supplies its heat; in 2026 this closure runs Oct 3 (Sat) - Oct 18 (Sun).

Children under 3 may not use the facility. Children age 7 and up may not use the opposite-sex bathing area. Junior-high-school age or younger visitors must be accompanied by a guardian if using the facility after 19:00.
