About
A day-use natural hot spring in Ogawa-cho, Kodaira, about 19 minutes on foot from Ogawa Station (Seibu Haijima/Kokubunji Lines). The amber-colored spring water, drawn from roughly 1,600m underground (a sodium chloride-bicarbonate spring), was once featured as a "beautiful-skin spring" in a women's magazine. The men's bath (Japanese-style) has a cave bath (carbonated), a rock open-air bath, a waterfall bath, and a foot-pressure-point bath, plus a dry sauna with a cold bath; the women's bath (European-style) has a Roman-style open-air bath, a carbonated bath, a low-temperature herbal-mist sauna ("Thermarium"), and a reclining source-fed bath. A paid women-only lounge ("Olive"), a light-meal corner, and body-care/akasuri services are also available. Open 10:00-23:00 (last entry 22:15), closed on the 2nd Wednesday of each month (3rd Wednesday if it falls on a public holiday). Guests with tattoos or who are intoxicated are refused entry.

On weekends, holidays, and special dates (Dec 31-Jan 3, Aug 13-16), children pay ¥650. The women-only "Olive" lounge plus Hamam Rest set (admission included) costs ¥1,750 on weekdays and ¥1,960 on weekends/holidays.
