A combined bathing-and-lodging complex inside "Toyosu Senkyaku Banrai," a roughly 4-minute walk via pedestrian deck directly from Shijo-mae Station on the Yurikamome Line. Hot-spring water is trucked in from Hakone and Yugawara for an outdoor bath overlooking Tokyo Bay, plus indoor baths, a reclining bath, a carbonated bath, and a cold bath. There are three sauna types: a dry sauna, a salt sauna, and a women-only nano-mist sauna ("Nanokura"). Other facilities include three ganban'yoku bedrock-bath rooms using select natural minerals ("Shinsekian," junior-high age and up, +¥1,500), a rooftop foot-bath garden with a panoramic view, private family baths, body care and esthetic services, a restaurant, and hotel accommodation, making it suited to both day trips and overnight stays. Open 24 hours with no fixed weekly closed day, though the main bath is closed 3:00-5:00am for cleaning. Guests with tattoos are generally refused admission, but conditional entry is allowed if the tattoo can be covered with the facility's designated cover seals (up to 11cm x 20cm each, maximum 2).

The figures above are for the "Marutoku Set" admission (base usage window 10:00-3:00 the next day). This breaks down to a ¥3,850 admission fee plus a ¥150 bathing tax (waived under age 12). Children (elementary school age) are ¥2,000, infants (age 3 through pre-elementary) are ¥1,500, and under-3s are free. Admission includes bathing, a yukata robe, bath towel, hand towel, and general facility use. Entering before 10:00 (earliest 5:00) adds ¥400/hour for adults and ¥200/hour for under-elementary children. A late-night charge (¥1,400 adult / ¥800 child / free for infants) applies from 3:00am onward. Staying past 9:00am the next day adds an extension fee of ¥1,100/hour for adults and ¥400/hour for children (up to 2 extra nights).
