A 5-minute walk from Akasaka-mitsuke, Akasaka, or Nagatacho stations, this facility -- built by a ginger-pork-cutlet restaurant chain -- is dedicated entirely to sauna and cold plunge, with no conventional hot bath. The sauna room, lined with rock salt, offers auto-loyly plus staff-poured ginger-infused loyly and occasional aufguss events led by a towel-waving performer. The cold bath is a hand-massaged "ginger cold bath" using fresh ginger, at roughly 15-16C. The entire 3rd floor is a relaxation forest-bathing lounge with reclining chairs and hammocks. The facility is men-only every day except Wednesday, which is Ladies Day (women-only). Some course options include a meal from the ground-floor restaurant. Tattoos have been allowed without a cover sticker since January 11, 2025 (excluding organized-crime members).

The Kinkame Super Sweat course (sauna + relaxation forest-bathing lounge) is 1,900 yen for 60 min, 2,600 yen for 90 min, or 3,100 yen for 120 min. The Ginger Addiction course, which adds a signature post-sauna meal, is 3,300 / 4,000 / 4,500 yen for the same durations. A day-limited free-time course (morning 9:00-14:00 or midday 12:00-17:00, meal included) costs 4,000 yen. A weekday-only private rental of the whole 2F/3F (120 min) costs 100,000 yen. Discount ticket books: 10x 60-min for 16,000 yen (plus 10 extra minutes each visit), 10x 90-min for 21,000 yen (plus 30 extra minutes), 10x 120-min for 26,000 yen (plus 60 extra minutes). Extending a stay costs 300 yen per 10 minutes (up to 60 minutes). Pricing is the same for men and women.
