About
A 9-minute walk from Toei Oedo Line Kokuritsu-Kyogijo Station or Tokyo Metro Ginza Line Gaiemmae Station, or 10 minutes from JR Sobu Line Sendagaya Station. Opened in late March 2024 by Tokyo Tatemono Resort Co., Ltd. inside Toritsu Meiji Park (Tokyo's first Park-PFI project), this urban spa-and-sauna facility was co-developed with the sauna creator collective TTNE. The 2nd floor is a women's floor with the herbal steam bath "Suchiko" and the sauna "Kaoruko"; the 3rd floor is a men's floor with three saunas ("left," "right," and "na" rooms, each with auto-loyly) built around a left-brain/right-brain concept, plus a deep cold-water bath roughly 160cm deep. Media outlet "and trip." reported in June 2025 that TOTOPA was ranked first in "SAUNACHELIN 2024." Hours are 11:00-23:00 (last admission 22:00) with no fixed closed day. Pricing is hourly, starting from ¥2,178 on weekdays and ¥2,728 on weekends/holidays for up to 1 hour. Towels and toiletries are provided free of charge; payment is cashless only, and entry requires registering as a member via the official LINE mini-app.

Prices above are the "up to 1 hour" rate (tax included, pricing effective from August 1, 2025). Weekdays: up to 1h ¥2,178, up to 2h ¥3,278, up to 3h ¥4,378, up to 4h ¥4,928, up to 5h ¥5,478, over 5h ¥6,028. Weekends/holidays: up to 1h ¥2,728, up to 2h ¥3,828, up to 3h ¥4,928, up to 4h ¥5,478, up to 5h ¥6,028, over 5h ¥6,578. A runner's locker costs ¥1,100 for 3 hours. Towels, shampoo, conditioner, face wash, and body soap are all provided free of charge. Entry requires registering as a member via the official LINE mini-app (per totopa.jp).

There is no minimum age to enter, but guests unable to manage their own bodily functions cannot bathe. Elementary-school-age children (or those 120cm or taller) may not use the bathing area of the opposite sex. Preschool-age children may use the facility with a guardian, but may not use the deep cold-water bath or bathe unattended (per totopa.jp FAQ).
