A 7-minute walk from the north exit of Koenji Station on the JR Chuo-Sobu Line. This sauna-only facility on the 4th floor of a building in Koenjikita, Suginami Ward, opened on October 24, 2022, built around an "art x sauna" concept. The sauna room is wood-lined to retain heat and is normally reserved for men, though occasional women-only days are held and announced via the official Instagram account. The cold bath is a chiller-equipped, box-style plunge kept at 15C year-round. The rooftop is a free relaxation space with reclining lounge chairs for outdoor cooling, offering a view of Mt. Fuji to the west by day and the Shinjuku skyline to the east at night; it also hosts BBQ, and when it isn't reserved for a private charter, sauna guests can use it to cool off (poncho rental ¥300). Admission follows a time-based structure: ¥1,600 for 60 minutes, ¥2,000 for 90 minutes, or ¥2,300 for 120 minutes, each including a hand towel and bath towel, with each additional 30 minutes costing ¥550. A full-day charter (10:00-17:00) covering the sauna, bar & cafe, and rooftop BBQ space costs ¥220,000 on weekdays or ¥330,000 on weekends/holidays, and must be booked by phone at least two weeks ahead. Hours are 12:00-23:00 on weekdays and 10:00-23:00 on weekends and holidays, though the last-admission time may be moved earlier when busy. Guests younger than elementary-school age may not use the sauna, and elementary/junior-high schoolers must be accompanied by a guardian. The official FAQ states that guests with tattoos are welcome.
