A temple-style (miyazukuri) public bath in Higashiueno, Taito Ward, a 2-minute walk from Inaricho Station (Ginza Line) and 7 minutes from the Iriya exit of JR Ueno Station. The men's outdoor bath is advertised as one of the largest in Tokyo, and the bath uses good-quality natural water. The sauna costs extra (¥350 on weekdays, ¥450 on weekends, holidays and special days). Rinse-in shampoo, body soap and hair dryers are free. Admission follows Tokyo's uniform government-controlled public bath rate (¥600 for adults). It is open from 11:00 until 1:30 a.m. (complete closing), and closed on the 3rd Thursday of each month and on January 1-2. There is no parking.
