An 8-minute walk from Takadanobaba Station's Waseda exit (JR Yamanote Line / Seibu Shinjuku Line), or 4 minutes from Tokyo Metro Tozai Line Takadanobaba (Exit 7) and Fukutoshin Line Nishi-Waseda (Exit 1). On the 2nd floor of Centennial Tower, this complex combines a men-only sauna, "BABA sauna," with an adjoining coworking space, "BABA work café." The sauna is billed as one of the largest of its kind in the area, holding up to 30 people, with auto-loyly and close attention to temperature, humidity, and generous bench space. The cold plunge is 90cm deep and about 16°C, deep enough to submerge your head, and a private pot-style hot tub is also available. The work café offers individual workstations with high-speed Wi-Fi and power outlets, fully private booths for Zoom calls, and a multifunction printer/copier (paid printing and copying, free scanning). Payment is cashless only; the sauna plan costs from ¥1,580 for up to an hour on weekdays (¥3,980 for a full day) and from ¥2,180 on weekends/holidays (¥4,580 for a full day), while work-café-only use is ¥600 for up to an hour on any day (¥3,000 for a full day). Guests with tattoos may enter by covering them with the shop's own stickers (120×80mm). Use is limited to guests of junior-high-school age or older.

Prices above are the "up to 1 hour" rate for the sauna plan (tax included). Each additional hour adds ¥600, and the full-day (1 Day) rate is ¥3,980 on weekdays and ¥4,580 on weekends/holidays. A work-cafe-only plan is available at ¥600 for up to an hour (same on weekdays and weekends/holidays), ¥600 per additional hour, and ¥3,000 for a full day. Payment is cashless only (credit cards: VISA/Mastercard/JCB/AMEX/Diners/Discover; e-money and mobile payment: Suica-family cards/Google Pay/Apple Pay/QUICPay/iD/nanaco/WAON/Rakuten Edy; cash is not accepted). The multifunction printer/copier is billed separately in cash (¥50/page to print, ¥10/page mono or ¥50/page color to copy). There is no separate child price, since use is limited to guests of junior-high-school age or older.
